Johnny was able to come 15 minutes after receiving our call. It was a capacitor, switch and some burned wires. He had it up and running in about 45 minutes. He was courteous, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend AC & Heat by Russell. Hopefully they’ll send Johnny

Super service. Polite, professional techs know their stuff. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions, in a way that I can understand.
Fast service, reasonable prices. I use them for my twice a year tune up and any other time I need them.

Called around noon and within a few hours they were at my door. Replaced my capacitor and checked my A/C unit and my A/C was cooling my home once again. He was very professional and wasted no time fixing my A/C. This is not the first time I've called them. They have kept me up and running since 2006. I will continue to call them for all of my A/C & Heater needs.

I called them early this morning. The lady who answered was absolutely delightful to talk with. Within 2 hours of calling, Mr. Russell's son and another man, and I'm sorry I don't remember his name, were here, explained everything to me, and had the a/c fixed, and at such a reasonable cost. Both men were so pleasant, and even put up with my crazy puppy harassing them! I highly recommend this company!

Johnny and Justin just finished replacing my capacitor and a burnt wire on my compressor. Both were very professional and highly knowledgeable! I highly recommend A/C & Heat by Russell. Called in this morning and with the high volume calls they had my A/C back up and running in 30 minutes!
